When I started my journey with you 4 months back, I had a target to reach to a specific weight, but you made me understand that I should not look at the scale, but also made me notice the inch loss, feel good factor, lighter, stronger core and of course no hair fall (this was very important for me, as in past whenever I had gone on a diet, I used to get a hair fall) 

You always smilingly accepted my cheat days / meals. In return you taught me how to balance it out in the next few days to get back on track. 

After 4 months, I am 3.5kgs lighter on scale, with a loss of 21.5 inches over all (very much visible to all) 

Didn’t realise food eaten at right time and in right quantity can make so much of a difference of course in combination with workouts also. 

I hope I am able to continue this further, as now the real challenge begins. I know you got my back whenever I need guidance.

It is always an awesome experience to be guided by you Niharika, whether it was before my pregnancy or after the delivery. Your charts makes wonders thats why see from 84.8 to 74.5kg Ihave reached ..you are so flexible Niharika and your charts are so easy to follow it ...you have really made the charts so good that I never face problem in lactation...and yes I am very thankful to u for your guidance always wether its for loosing weight or to drink water ..and you will b happy to know that I drink 3.5 l to 4l of water everyday!! You are the one who encourages me everytime ..

I was too late to realise that my BMI was above 30 and I weigh 97 KG. I tried many ways to reduce weight and failed every time for the last 6 years.

But then after consulting Calories and Beyond and speaking to Niharika, I got to understand what exactly my problem is.

Yes, I was overeating in every meal...!!! And due to my occupation, I do not have any physical activity in my routine.

After starting a proper diet plan with the guidance of Niharika I could see a drastic change in my routine starting off with portion control and with some home workouts.

The special thing about Niharika is that there are no special diets or ingredients required. She plans the diet within our daily meals.

With her help, guidance, and follow-up within 2 months, I got down to 85. Now I am able to fit in my old clothes which makes me feel awesome and confident too.And I could feel myself so light, healthy, and still continuing to follow the same since then. (Misses some times but trying to maintain).

I am Priya Sureka and I want to share my journey with Niharika, Calories & Beyond..In Jan 2021 I was going through some stress and depression as I was not loosing my weight despite of hard workouts and home food. I was not able to figure out where I am getting missed out  I thought because I have hypothyroid, it was getting difficult for me. So I discussed my problem with Niharika. By end of April and we started our session of 10 months..I started at 73kgs and end up loosing 18kgs by end of Feb 2022 not only that but I also lost 56 inches from my whole body which is a big deal for me

I heard about you from a relative. You have quite literally changed my food  kitchen culture for good. Most favorite points about this program 

 Extremely easy to follow charts with interesting healthy recipes. No hardcore diet recipes.

You are flexible always available and ever so motivating especially after guilt full cheat days.

You never called this program a diet plan. You embedded the motto of balance and moderation.
