Weight Fluctuation Making you Doubtful
Despite following everything, a lot of times, a lot of us see weight fluctuations when we stand on the machine, mostly on the higher side
Well, there can be ample of reasons for this, including-
1. You may have consumed a heavy meal the night

4. You follow a dedicated workout regime but stay sedentary most part of the day

7. You might be PMSing
8. Alcohol &/ smoke indulgence has gone up off late
9. You�ve been consuming sugar &/or fats in disguised forms like foods claiming to be sugar/fat free usually have the other counterpart in higher amounts to appeal to your taste buds
10.You�ve been doing a lot of strength training workouts, which might be toning your body better but failing to budge the scale
11. There might be some undiagnosed medical issue like hypothyroidism, PCOS, depression, etc.
You need to understand that weight loss is a journey that can�t be achieved overnight. What�s more important is not the weight you lose but the health you gain, through making changes at the very root � your habits & choices.
And that requires strong determination and consistency!
